Jared started his career selling snacks in grade 6, he then employed a student in high school to sell for him, dropped out of college, with one of his first jobs being sweeping floors and packing boxes into shipping containers for export, He got promoted to working in the office for this manufacturing company and within the first few months of the new promotion made sales that people with degrees struggled to do for years in that organization, having that entrepreneurial mind with learnings that He picked up from His dad from a young age, He saw a gap and invented a product called TodPod and over several years put over R1.5million of his own money into that product, maxing credit cards and overdrafts and even selling his car to fly to Germany to showcase this product at a toy fair, which didn’t sell, He further went onto the Big Break Legacy TV show, only to be a runner up and falling short of getting a R5million investment,
He then went onto Dragons Den and got a R1million rand investment, which turned out to be a R300 000 loan, got retrenched, went through a divorce, a toxic religious cycle, struggled with mental illness for more than 10 years, and He failed in several businesses. His successful career now includes experience in retail on global brands such as AB InBev, BMW, Total, Durex, Dettol, Scholl, Strepsils, Nugget, Mr Min, Air Wick, Veet, having worked with retailers including Dis-Chem, PNP, Clicks, Takealot, Woolworths & Makro and Finance Dialdirect, 1st For Women, Budget Insurance, Hippo.co.za, Outsurance, Hollard & King Price.

degreeless MILLIONAIRE’ mission is to reach all the “degreeless” mindsets out there, thinking that their life won’t amount to nothing, which is why this movement is wanting to inspire, encourage, motivate and mentor people in becoming their version of success and not the world’s interpreted version.
With Jared Franco’s love for empowering people, degreeless MILLIONAIRE is a movement to inspire and motivate people to unblock limitations by realizing their self-worth and potential.
“degreeless” is a mindset and not a literal education qualification. A degreeless mindset could be any stigma, indoctrination, or any other conformity that limits and takes away from any person’s DNA in becoming their best version of themselves.
degreeless MILLIONAIRE will focus on self-development, self-improvement, self-awareness which by default, will transform people to give more to the world once their cup is full.

degreeless MILLIONAIRE will use storytelling methods to deliver the lows and highs of successful people who broke though the “degreeless” mindsets of the norm and followed their own passions through their version of success and their formula to success, with the takeout being something to inspire them to start their journey of self-discovery, self-development, self-improvement, self-awareness (consciousness), by eroding the variations of “degreeless” mindsets that are holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves.
One size does not fit all, though there are underlying principles that must be employed to help a person bounce back from pain points, failures or a mindsets that are holding them back.
Our values:
Self-awareness: Before you embark on a journey to sell your product or service, there’s principles that need to be in place before going to market. It’s like a business, before a business goes out to market, it needs to be capitalized, there needs to be human resources even if it’s just you, there needs to be basic business registration documents etc which is basically the fundamentals of starting a business that is ready to go to market. Like a business you need to make sure you are capitalized to be the best version of yourself to yourself, your friends, your colleagues, your own businesses and in this world.
Spirituality: Whatever religious background or non-religious background you come from; religion is a by-product of Spirituality to conform as opposed to being liberated. These principles will make you look at spirituality the right way as opposed to the way people have construed it to conform people as opposed to liberate them. John 3:16
Freedom of expression: Once you’ve mastered the art of self-awareness, you become more thoughtful and vocal with the direction you want to go and through this, expressing your reality and not the stigma, indoctrinations, and conformities that have limited your freedom of expression.
Freedom of thought: Helping people to visualize based on your reality and not held captive by stigma, indoctrinations, and conformities that have limited your freedom of thought.
